MGT today is a mature, well-established, and structured company, capable of combining the solidity of experience with a strong drive toward innovation. In 2025, the company took an important step forward with the introduction of a new heat-treatment system: a chamber furnace measuring 2400×1700×1600 mm, a significant upgrade both in terms of capacity and technology.

This fully electric furnace is designed to ensure low environmental impact, reduced energy consumption, and maximum efficiency. Its advanced automation allows precise control of all parameters, while the robust structure enables the treatment of loads up to 2500 kg, guaranteeing thermal uniformity and consistent quality even on large components. The system also includes an integrated cooling tank, which allows precise management of quenching times and methods.

Supporting production are two additional electric pit furnaces measuring 800×2400 mm, ideal for vertical processing and dedicated thermal cycles. Thanks to this updated machinery, MGT can now serve a steadily growing customer base, providing reliable, fast, and consistently high-quality heat treatments that meet the highest industry standards.
